- Snatch Deadlift + Low hang, work at 75% of your 1RM Snatch. 6 sets 1+1rep.
- Clean work at 70% of your 1RM Clean. 4 sets 3reps
- Back Squat work at 70% of your 1RM Back Squat. 3 sets 6reps.
