  • 10 SDHP (95/65)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Knees to elbows
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 SDHP
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Knees to elbows
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20,20,20,20…
  • 25,25,25,25…and so on until time expires.
