- Tabata Pull-ups
If needed, add a band for Pull-Ups. - Tabata Push-ups
Do Knee Push-Ups as needed - Tabata Sit-ups
- Tabata Squats w/Bar
*20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds / 4 minutes. Complete all 4 minutes / 8 rounds of the pull-ups before moving on to the push-ups. Your score is the total number of completed reps.
