Third Class at 4:30p
Fourth Class at 5:30p
Last Class at *6:30p (by reservation only) RAMP classes, must call ahead to reserve a
spot.

WOD A:
Take 20-25 minutes to work on your Clean and Jerk 65%-70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk
- Each set is 1 Clean + 2 Jerk
WOD B: 9 minute AMRAP of:
- 8 Handstand Push-Ups
- 20 Walking lunges
- 15 KB Swings (20kg/16kg)
