WOD A: 5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 4 Wall Walks
  • 8 Power Snatch (75/55)
    1 minute Rest

Then WOD B: 5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 8 Power Snatch (75/55)
  • 12 Sumo-Dead lift High-Pulls (75/55)
    1 minute Rest

And WOD C: 5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 12 Sumo-Dead lift High-Pulls (75/55)
  • 4 Wall Walks
