Skills and Drills

  • Snatch Progressions and Position Work
  • Go through all the progressions and position drills

  • 1 Power Snatch (ground)
  • 1 Hang Squat Snatch (pos.2)
  • 1 Squat Snatch (ground)
  • 1 Overhead Squat
