Warm-Up and Stretch

  • 400 meter run

  • 2 Rounds:

  • 10 Walking Knee Hug into Lunge Step

  • 10 Therapy Squats

  • 10 Push-Ups

  • 5 Handstand

Skill and Drills

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 3 Deadlifts (275/155)
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups
