left on Cuesta Dr. left on Foothill back to the CFSLO Box.
WOD: For time 4 rounds of:
- 50 foot Walking Lunge with (45/25) plate held overhead
- 30 Box Jump (24/20)
- 20 Wallball shots (20/14)
- 12 Handstand Push-ups on the Box
