Mobility: Chest, triceps, hamstrings, L-spine

Pull up warm up:
1. Tension swings
2. Tension swing, pull to 90
3. Kipping up
4. Butterfly pull up

WOD: For Time: 2 Rounds

  • 100 Air Squats
  • 50 KB Swings @(20kg/16kg)
  • 25 Pull Ups
