  • SNATCH
    Work at 65% of your 1RM Snatch for 5X2.
  • CLEAN
    Work at 70% – 80% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 4X2.
  • FRONT SQUAT
    Work to at 70% of your 1RM Front Squat 3X3.
 
Superset the following exercises for 2 sets 10reps.
  • Wide-Grip Pull-Ups
    Full range of motion on each rep.
  • Handstand Pushups
