Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work.

Skill and Drill:

  • Overhead Squats
    Take 5 – 8 sets to build to a heavy set of 3 reps.

25 min time limit.

WOD: For Time:

  • 50 Cal Row
  • 35 Lateral Barbell Burpees
  • 50 Overhead Squats (75/55)
