  • 7 Hand releash Push-ups
  • 14 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 2 Laps Farmer Carry (20kg/16kg) inside Box

Then

  •  800m Run

Accessory: 3 rounds

  • 15 Cal Ski Erg
  • Jerk grip overhead isometric holds
    use a barbell only.
    60 seconds.
  • Hanging on Pull Bar (pronated grip)
    60 seconds.
