  • Box Jumps (24/20)
  • Push Ups
  • Push Press (95/55)
  • Ab Mat
  • Flutter Kicks

*The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
*There is 1min rest between exercises.
