Skill and Drills:
- Squat Snatch Work to 70% of your 1RM Snatch for a single. 6 sets 1rep.
- Halt Clean work at 85% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 5 sets 1rep.
- Back Squat work at 75% of your 1RM Back Squat if current 1RM. 4 sets 3reps.
WOD: 12 EMOM
