WOD: Every 5 Minutes for 15 Minutes Complete:
- 8 DB Power Cleans (50/35)
- 10 DB Thrusters
- 20 DB Walking Lunges
- Max Rep Double Unders with remaining time
Then For Time: 27 – 21 – 15 – 9
- Deadlifts (135/95)
- Handstand Push-ups
- Box Jump Overs (24/20)
