- 1600m Run
- CLEAN & JERK
Work up to 95% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 1 x 1, then decrease weight for Drop Sets 1 x 1. For Drop Set 1 x 1 , decrease the weight by 20kg.
WOD: 7 AMRAP
- 9 Front Squats (135/85)
- 7 Burpees
- 5 Shoulder to Overhead
