Skills and Drills:

  • 1600m Run
  • CLEAN & JERK
    Work up to 95% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 1 x 1, then decrease weight for Drop Sets 1 x 1. For Drop Set 1 x 1 , decrease the weight by 20kg.

WOD: 7 AMRAP

  • 9 Front Squats (135/85)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead
Extra Credit
  • 3 x 8 1 – Arm DB Row
  • 3 X 10 -15 Tricep Kickbacks
