Work at 60% – 70% of your 1RM Snatch for 6 x 1

Work at 70% – 80% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 6 x 1 -
FRONT SQUAT
Work to 80% of your 1RM Front Squat for 3 x 2
Then for time:
- 1200m Row
- 10 Burpee
- 70 Cal Bike
