WOD:

  • SNATCH
    Work at 60% – 70% of your 1RM Snatch for 6 x 1
  • CLEAN & JERK
    Work at 70% – 80% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 6 x 1
  • FRONT SQUAT
    Work to 80% of your 1RM Front Squat for 3 x 2
Then for time:
  • 1200m Row
  • 10 Burpee
  • 70 Cal Bike
