  • Snatch 4 sets 3reps
    NO HOOK NO FEET SNATCH
    Work at 60% of your 1RM Snatch.

Points of Performance

  • Feet start in the catch position
  • Your feet don’t move during the movement
  • No hook grip with your hands
  • Exercise is intended to help create a straighter bar path and to emphasize the finish
