Work at 70% of your 1RM Snatch.
- CLEAN + 2 JERKS 5 sets 3reps
Work at 70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.
- SPEED BACK SQUAT 5sets 4reps
Control decent and EXPLODE up from the bottom as quickly as possible with each rep.
Work at 60% of your 1RM Back Squat.
