- Work up to 70-80% of 1RM Power Clean
Then complete 6 Sets of:
- 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Push Jerks
WOD: 10 Rounds For Time:
- 5 Power Cleans (155/105)
- 10 Pull Ups
