Skills and Drills:

WOD: Repeat the following for 4 rounds (12 minutes)

  • min 1 = 7 Handstand Push-Ups
  • min 2 = 10 GHD sit ups
  • min 3 = 30 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders

Then

5 rounds for time

  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (40/25)
  • 15 Box Jump (24/20)
