Fourth Class at 4:30p

WOD: Repeat the following for 4 rounds (12 minutes)
- min 1 = 7 Handstand Push-Ups
- min 2 = 10 GHD sit ups
- min 3 = 30 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders
Then
5 rounds for time
- 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (40/25)
- 15 Box Jump (24/20)
