    ( Partner must hold their barbell at the top of a Deadlift 135/95 )

20 Rounds ( Alternating at will )

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 HR Push-Ups
  • 15 Squats
    ( Partner must hold their barbell in the front rack 135/95 )
