    3 reps @ 70% of 4 rep max
    3 reps @ 75% of 4 rep max
    3 reps @ 80% of 4 rep max
    3 reps @ 85% of 4 rep max
    AMRAP @ 90% of 4 rep max

 

WOD: 10 min AMRAP:

  • 20 Overhead Squat (45/35)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Handstand Pushup
