  • Partner B: Double Unders (10 DU = 1 rep) and Single Unders (20 SU = 1 rep)
    Switch and repeat.
  • Partner A: Run 400m
  • Partner B: Back Squat (135/85)
    Switch and repeat.
  • Partner A: Run 400m
  • Partner B: Burpees
    Switch and repeat.
