    L2: 4 x 4 – 5sec. Weighted Tempo
    Tempo: 3sec. hold with Chin above the Bar: 5sec. negative

WOD: 4 Rounds for time of:

  • 30cal Row
  • 20 HR Push-Ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (choose weight)
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 200m Run
