WOD: 5 Rounds for Time:
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 200m Run
- 14 Kettlebell Swings (20kg/16kg)
- 200m Run
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
*Scale the run sprints to 250m row sprints if needed
Scale the Box Jumps down in height, then to Step Ups as needed
