Skills and Drills: 35min
- HALT SNATCH – 7 singles starting at 60% of your 1RM Snatch. 3 sec pause at the knee.
- Clean & Jerk work up to 85% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. 5 sets 1rep
- Back Squat – Start at 85% of 1RM Back Squat. 3 sets 3reps
WOD: As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 21 Kettlebell Swings (20/14)
- 50 Double Under or 100 Single Unders
