Skills and Drills: 35min

  • Snatch – work up to 85% for a single. Then complete 3 drop sets (-30lbs)
  • Cleans – work up to 92% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. Then complete 3 drop sets (-30lbs)
  • Split Jerk 4 sets of 2 at 85% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

WOD: For time:

  • 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 40 Double Unders or 80 Single Unders
  • 40 Sit-ups
