WOD: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 400m row
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps

After WOD 5min Abs

  • 3 set Flutter Kicks 1min
  • 3 set 20 reps Abs with Med ball (20/10)
  • 3 set 1min Planks
