WOD: Tabata
- Tabata Double Under or Single Unders
- Tabata Hang Power Clean (115/85)
- Tabata V-Ups
- Tabata Burpee Over the Bar
Complete each exercise for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest then move to the next exercise until all 4 exercises have been completed for 8 rounds.
