“Pause Split Jerk” 3 second pause in the dip phase
70% – 75% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk.

WOD: 3 rounds for time:

  • 100 Double Under or 200 Single Under
  • 15 Deadlifts, 275/145
  • 20 GHD sit-Up
